MILLINGTON, TN (WMC) -

The US Military Vets Motorcycle Club wants to thank the Millington community for a van full off support. The Club collected food Saturday in Millington to donate to Alpha Omega, which provides support to homeless veterans.

The donations stuffed a large van full of food that could provide meals for homeless vets for quite some time. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) estimates that 49,933 veterans are homeless on any given night. Groups like the USMV MC and Alpha Omega are out doing great work, constantly trying to battle the problem. You can help them in their fight too.
