Even though it was a loss, the Memphis Tigers contest last weekend against Tulsa is the game that keeps on giving for U of M receiver Anthony Miller.
The Junior former CBHS star is added to the watch list for the Biletnikoff Award.
That recognizes the top collegiate pass catcher in the nation.
Miller set the Tigers single game record for yardage on receptions, catching 12 passes for 250 yards and two touchdowns against the Golden Hurricane.
He's currently third in the American Conference, averaging 102 point 8 receiving yards a game
The 250-yard game gave Miller his fourth 100-plus yard receiving game this season and the seventh of his career.
"If you'd have been on the practice field and watched the way number three practices last week, no question you'd see why he had the game he had. It was the best week of practice he's had up until this point. He'll tell you he left some plays out there...but, the Buy In is there."
Miller and the Tigers next play SMU in Dallas Saturday. Kickoff is 3 p.m.
