MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

A 12-year-old is hoping to fight cancer with socks.

Zeke Lewis carries on his fight in a small print shop at his parent’s house.

"I like image socks, and I use image socks to help me raise my goal,” Zeke said.

Zeke’s Feet is an online shop where people can order Zeke’s designs or customize their own footwear. The socks serve as a fundraiser for St. Jude and a tribute to one of Zeke’s friends.

"I'm kind of doing this in her honor,” he said. “I just sell these socks for kids like her."

With the help of his parents, Zeke has raised over $2,500 with his business venture.

“We always tell him that give comes before receive in the dictionary for a reason,” Zeke’s mother Veronica Lewis said.
