Sentencing reversed. The reason a judge reversed sentencing against former Shelby County Commissioner Henri Brooks.  The documents are expected to be filed today. We'll explain what this all means this morning on WMC.

Memphis Police detectives are making an updated plea to find the killer of an army sergeant. We'll share new images that Memphis police hope can help catch the killers. Back in 2015, Calvin Wilhite was shot and killed after leaving Beale Street. A reward is still out there of $20,000 and we have two pictures of the suspects.

University of Tennessee police are investigating in Knoxville after a female student reported a rape in a dorm on campus. Police believe the attack took place at Morrill Hall over the weekend. We'll explain what police are saying this morning.

A step forward for a controversial Tennessee bill. That bill would require the Tennessee lottery to provide the Department of Human Services with information on everyone who wins five thousand dollars or more to check against their SNAP benefits.
