NBA Signing Day Pushed Back Again

They can't seem to get the ink to dry on the NBA's new Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The League is pushing back the Free Agency signing date again, probably until next Monday or Tuesday.

That means teams can't consumate trades, like the 3-team deal involving the Memphis Grizzlies, Sacramento Kings and Utah Jazz, until the moratorium on signing new players is lifted.

The delay is to allow attorneys for both the NBA and the Players Union to finish drafting a written version of the new 6-year Collective Bargaining Agreement.
