Grizzlies Schedule Loaded Early at FedExForum

It won't take long to find out just how good the "New Look" Memphis Grizzlies will be.

The NBA is throwing a lot of Fire at the Grizz to open the 2005-2006 Regular Season.

The Good thing about it..the games will be at Home.

Shaquille O'Neal, Jason Williams, James Posey, and the Miami Heat, plus former Memphis Tiger Earl Barron who officially signed today, invade FedExForum for the Regular Season Opener Wednesday, November 2nd.

Memphis and MiamI were part of that Magatrade last week that brings Eddie Jones to the Grizzlies..

The early homecoming of J-Will and Posey will be much anticipated with what should be a championship caliber Heat team..

Just 3-days later, Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers come to town on Saturday November 5th..followed by a November 8th game with Ray Allen and the Seattle SuperSonics.

The Zen Master of Coaches, Phil Jackson returns to Memphis with Kobe Bryant and the L.A. Lakers November 14th..

Grizzlies President of Business Operations Andy Dolich says it's all part of a November to Remember at FedExForum.

Other highlights of the 82-game schedule..

The Grizzlies host Defending NBA Champion San Antonio in their 4th annual nationally televised Martin Luther King Day game on January 16th.

The 41-home games include 9-Friday Night, 3 Saturday night, and 4-Sunday Matinees.

The Grizz close the Regular season with 5-home games in April, but finish on the road for the first time since moving to Memphis 5-years ago with a game at Minnesota April 19th.
