Family pleads for missing girl's safe return

Fourteen- year-old Antionette Briggs was last seen when a neighbor dropped her off for her third day of orientation last Friday at Hollis Price Academy.

Since then, her family and former teachers have been scouring the streets looking for any sign of her.

"I've been panicking ever since, worried," said her mother Melissa Biggs. "I can't eat. I can't drink nothing. I'm messed up."

The alarm at her family's house only grew when a cousin received a panicked, whispered voice mail message from the girl pleading for help.

Action News Five has that message and the entire story for you tonight at ten.
