Scott King may have a full recovery, but there's a lot of rehabilitation work ahead.
King's daughter says her family is assured the 78-year-old widow of Martin Luther King Junior will have a complete recovery following a stroke earlier this week.
King's cardiolgist says King is "completely aware" -- but unable to speak, and has weakness in her right arm, right leg and the right side of her face. She will need intensive therapy to retrain that side of her body.
King is listed in fair condition at an Atlanta hospital.
