Venezuela's vice president says Pat

Robertson's call for the assassination of President Hugo Chavez is a "criminal statement."

Vice President Jose Vicente Rangel says Venezuela is studying its legal options. He also says Washington's response will test the Bush administration's anti-terrorism policy.

The Venezuelan official says "it's huge hypocrisy" to take a stand against terrorism amid what he calls "terrorist statements like those."
