Tigers Picking up Injuries before Opening Game

We're just days from the Big Game for the University of Memphis.

Fall camp has broken...

But several Tigers players are breaking as well..

Wide Receiver Mario Pratcher, who was already nursing a sprained arch, received a leg injury in practice yesterday...

He had to be helped off the field and was taken to a hospital..

Doctors performed an MRI on his left knee.

The results should be known Thursday.

The 6'4" Junior from is to be heavily counted on this season.

Already out for game one against Ole Miss, are Mammoth linemen Van Houston of Okalona, and Jared McGowan of Walls.

Houston had arthroscopic Knee surgery, while McGowan has a finger injury.

Defensive Back Javar Pollard of Batesville, South Panola has a broken Collarbone.

All are expected to miss several weeks of the season.
