Power outages reported after Wednesday's storms

CLAY COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

Entergy Arkansas has more than 260 homes without power in Clay County after Wednesday night’s storms.

According to its outage map, the power for 264 homes went out just before 9 p.m. Wednesday.

The areas affected are Peach Orchard, Knobel, Tipperary, Boydsville, part of Corning and part of Rector.

It says a serviceman will look at what caused the outage.

Entergy expects to have the power restored by 3 a.m.

Entergy also reports dozens of outages in Greene County. It affected about 45 homes along Main Street in Marmaduke.

Rodney Hampton sent us pictures that show trees down on power lines in Marmaduke.

The report says the power should be restored by 3 a.m.

As of 1 a.m., Entergy said about 770 homes had outages.
