MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - More than 250 teams are in Tom Lee Park this weekend to compete in the World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest.

Ron Childers was in the tent of Serial Grillers, who took 2nd place in ribs in 2012 and won it all in 2015.

He spoke with Serial Grillers head chef, Randy, about what secret is to making championship-level ribs.
