Memphis minister heads to court today on fraud charges

A Memphis minister will make his first court appearance later today. The Reverend Carlton Kneeland of Greater Emmanuel Christian Assembly is scheduled to be in an Olive Branch courtroom later today. Kneeland is accused of writing $11,000 worth of bad checks. Investigators say he wrote the checks on an account that was closed back in April. He is charged with obtaining money by false pretenses.
