Man arrested at Arkansas airport faces more charges

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - A University of Arkansas graduate student facing terrorism charges is named in a new indictment.

Arway J- Jaber is now accused of lying on applications to obtain U-S citizenship and using a false Social Security number to obtain credit cards.

The 33-year-old Jaber was accused in August of trying to join the Palestinian holy war against Israel. He pleaded innocent on September sixth.

Jaber was arrested June 16th at Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport in Highfill. At the time, he was accused of attempting to provide support to a foreign terrorist organization, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
