Vols Drop Out of B.C.S. Poll

That loss to Alabama Saturday cost the Tennessee Vols more than just a .500 record in the Southeastern Conference.

The Vols also dropped out of the Bowl Championship Series Poll completely.

Tennessee was ranked 19th before the 6-to-3 defeat.

The Vols are now 3-and-3 overall, and 2-and-3 in the S.E.C.

Worse yet, they lose All-S.E.C. Running back Gerald Riggs to an ankle injury for next weeks' game against South Carolina.
