COGIC's Chisca Hotel could see new life

The old Chisca Hotel sits boarded up at the corner of Linden and Mulberry in downtown Memphis, only a shadow of its former glamour revealed. But grander days could soon return.

There are also plans to redevelop the four blocks surrounding the hotel.
