The Memphis Lady Tigers collect a full roster on the first day of the National Signing Period

The U of M signs 5 players, including 2 from the Mid-South in Jasmine Brown, an honorable mention All-State Center from Munford, High School...and Adria Phillips, a guard from Ft. Smith Arkansas..

At Mitchell High, both Thaddeus Young, the city's top basketball recruit, and Brandon Powell make good on their earlier commitments.

Young signing with Georgia Tech, and Powell with the Florida Gators.

On the Girls side, Briarcrests' Aliesha Easley, a Miss Basketball Finalist last season, will join former Saints teammate Jada Mincey at Ole Miss..

Signing letters tomorrow is the Ridgeway duo of LaKendra Phillips and Jazmine Taylor.

Phillips is heading to Florida, while Taylor is going to Arkansas State..

Speaking of the Indians, the ASU men's program inks 3-players, including 2-from Memphis and Northwest Mississippi Community College.

They are guard Adrian Banks of Trezevant and Swingman Shawn Morgan of Hillcrest.

Ole Miss gets a signed letter from Solomon Bozeman of Oxford..

He averaged more than 25-points, 6-assists and almost 5-rebounds a game for the Eagles last season.

His dad is former Rebels Assistant Eric Bozeman, who's now the head coach at Southern Arkansas

And Mississippi State signs two..

Brownsville Haywood County, 6'9" Forward Jarvis Vernado, and Ben Hansbrough, a 6'4" Guard from Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Out east at Ridgeway, a pair of Roadrunners sign their allegiance to Austin Peay coached by former Tiger Assistant Dave Loos.

Earnest Fields and Wes Channels helped lead Ridgeway to the Class 3A State Championship last season.
