Grizzlies honor Dr. King

Monday the Memphis Grizzlies will take on the San Antonio Spurs during their 4th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day celebration.

The nationally-televised game will begin at 7pm at FedExForum. Something new at this year's game will be a couple of awards passed out at half-time.

The team will pay tribute to athletes who have made contributions to civil rights and human rights issues. They will be honored with the National Civil Rights Museum Sports Legacy Award. NBA Legend Bill Russell will receive the national award, and Harlem Globetrotter Mannie Jackson will receive the international award.
