McAllister Says No Recruiting Problems at Ole Miss

Ole Miss is under the Football recruiting micrsoscope.

The Rebels have forwared a report to the S.E.C. on Allegations former Ole Miss star Deuce McAllister had illegal contact with 2-prospects.

The report says McAllister, now an All-Pro caliber NFL star with the New Orleans Saints, attended a December High School playoff game involving Meridian stars Cordera Eason and Derrick Davis.

Both have verbally committed to Ole Miss.

McAllister says he attended the game as guest of Meridians' Principal, who's the cousin of Romero Miller, a former Rebel Quarterback and teammate of McAllister's.

McAllister denies any improper contact in a letter sent to the S.E.C. office.

The league will review it, then decide if it needs to be forwarded to the NCAA.
