A large fire Tuesday night caused a section of Airways Boulevard to be shut down for several hours.
The building located at 4583 Airways caught on fire just after six thirty.
Flames shot high in the sky and produced a lot of thick black smoke.
Someone knocked on the door of a firehouse just down the road to report the fire.
What burned was a two floor shop that we're told had motorcyles and other vehicles inside plus a lot of chemicals which firefighters had to consider.
For a several hours Airways Boulevard was shut down on both sides.
The building is across the street from the airport so the heavy smoke could have been a problem but the wind blew the smoke away from the airport.
