Titans Wrong in Treatment of McNair/So Says NFL Players Association

The N-F-L Players Association is accusing the Tennessee Titans of breaching quarterback Steve Mc-Nair's contract by barring him from working out on their


The players group filed a grievance for breach of contract on

Mc-Nair's behalf late Friday.

The Titans have up to ten days to respond.

Mc-Nair was told last Monday that he could not work out at the

Titans' complex for fear he could injure himself and put the team

on the hook for all of his 23 (M) million dollar salary cap figure

for 2006.

Mc-Nair was the N-F-L's 2003 co-M-V-P.
