NFL Player To Hold Camp For Kids

Hey listen up kids, next weekend you'll have the chance to from real live NFL football players. Memphian Thomas "Peppa" Johnson is putting on a two day event at Hamilton High School. Johnson just finished his first year as a defensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys. Now the former Hamilton  graduate will bring 8 of his teammates to town for a football camp Saturday from 9-5. It's free, and all you have to do is show up!

"We're going to teach the kids the fundamentals but mostly it's to have fun. We'll paint their faces, feed them and give them free food and have a good time."

They'll also have a charity basketball game at the school gym Friday at 5pm. They expect to get 500 kids from across the mid-south.
