White Station Bowlers Set Record

White Station head bowling coach Michael Catlin and some of his students set a new world record. 12 of them knocked down over 37,300 pins in a 24 hour period. Each player took a 2 hour shift and the result will soon be history.

"It's not official by the Guiness Book of World Records yet but it's official by us. The old record was 37,137 and we knocked down 37, 352 pins," said a weary Catlin.

They will submit the paperwork soon. The proceeds all go to a good cause, the "Kids Can Bowl Foundation."
