Bredesen remains in hospital for tests

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Governor Bredesen is remaining in a Nashville hospital for more medical tests and observation for flu-like symptoms.

He's been at Centennial Medical Center since Monday night. The 62-year-old Bredesen is believed to be ill because of a tick bite.

The governor's office said this afternoon he is in good spirits and staying abreast of business at the Capitol.
