What a weekend for former Memphis Lady Tiger Tamika Whitmore!
She set the WNBA playoff scoring record Saturday night.
Whitmore was hitting from everywhere en route to a whopping 41 points for the Indiana Fever, in their playoff game against the Detroit Shock.
The first year all-star broke Lisa Leslie's postseason scoring record of 35 points, set back in 2001.
While it was a great personal achievement, I'm sure she would have traded it for a win.
Detroit eliminated Indiana from the Eastern Conference Playoffs with a 98-83 win.
