Will Ole Miss get Prized Recruit Jerrell Powe ever get on the field this season?
The Jackson Clarion Ledger reports a Lafayette County Chancery Court has issued a temporary restraining order which could clear the way for Powe to play.
The NCAA Clearinghouse had ruled him ineligible last week.
Thursdayt, Rebels Coach Ed Orgeron sort of put an end to the issue....sort of..saying the matter is being dealt with by Ole Miss officials and is out of his hands...
He added that's the last thing he'll say about Jerrell Powe.
The last day students can register or add classes at Ole Miss is Sept. first, according to the university's Web site.
