HARDY, Ark. (AP) - Searchers gathered again today to resume the search for a missing Trumann man apparently swept away by flood waters during the weekend.
Storms since Friday killed two people in Arkansas. Jackie Richardson is a retired Trumann firefighter who has been missing since the storm.
The Spring River in Sharp County overflowed its banks near a private campground late Friday and early Saturday. Richardson spends his summers doing carpentry for people who own lots at the campground.
The search for Richardson was centered on an area north of Hardy. A Prairie Grove woman was hit by lightning while boating Friday, and the body of a Williford teenager was found at Martin Creek on Saturday after flood waters receded.
