These are comments from Shaun Barber, a Christian Brothers University student who's frustrated with our community.
Barber writes "What we have here is corruption, crime, poverty. I have watched as numerous politicians have been charged for crimes that do nothing more than show their greedy nature. Poverty and crime fill the streets. We have let a city with so much history go to the dumps."
Barber's not just a griper.
He's got an idea to get things headed in the right direction. He writes that education is the key and elaborates by saying we need to elect a few decent, honest people with education as their first priority.
That's Shaun Barber's turn. Now it's your turn.
