Ole Miss Blows Leads, SEC Tournament

The Ole Miss Rebels are wondering what could have been after dropping two Saturay to Vanderbilt in teh SEC tournament.  They lost the afternoon game to top ranked Vandy 13-1. But they came in undefeated so it forced a 2nd and decisive game. It was tied 3-3 in the 10th....the had Rebels have the bases loaded when Peyton Farr tried to lay down a safety squeeze but misses. Vanderbilt catcher Shea Robin came up throwing trying to get the runner at 3rd but the throw sailed high, 2 runs came home and Ole Miss took the lead.

So we go to the bottom 10th with Ole Miss leading 6-3 and Vandy shows why they're the #1 team in the country. They come back with 4 runs! It was sweet redemption for Robins who delivered a 2 run base hit to win it.

The Rebels blow leads in the 9th and 10th and lose to 7-6. The Commodores are now search of their first SEC title since 1980.  They will take on Arkansas Sunday afternoon at 3pm.
