Attempted robbery at local Putt-Putt Golf caught on tape

According to Memphis Police, two males attempted to rob employees of Putt-Putt Golf on Summer on Sunday, June 17.

The robbery attempt occurred at 2 a.m. as the employees were leaving the business.  One of the suspects was armed with a handgun.

An off-duty Memphis police officer fired one shot at the suspects.  No one was injured and nothing was taken from the business or the employees.

The suspects fled on foot to a nearby wooded area.

One of the suspects is described as being a black male, around 5'10", 140 pounds, wearing dark clothing and a light blue bandana or a ski mask.  This suspect was armed with a handgun.

The other suspect is described as a black male wearing dark clothing, with a dark hoody or a ski mask.

The suspects and the shootings were captured on surveillance camera.
