A grand jury has indicted a Memphis man accused of killing a woman then burying her remains in his backyard.
Mark Skolburg was charged with second degree murder today.
Investigators were called to Skolburg's house in January after neighbors reported seeing what they believed to be a human skull.
Officers later dug up the backyard and found the skeletal remains of Amalya Jones. The medical report showed that Jones had been beaten to death.
Skolburg is being held on $2 million bond.
