Horford, Conley Work Out for Hawks/Grizzlies Wait in Wings with 4th Pick

The Countdown Clock is at T-Minus 2-days until the NBA Draft...

Whatever the Memphis Grizzlies do with the Number-4 pick is largely predicated on what the team directly in front of them, Atlanta, does with number-3.

The Hawks worked out both Florida's Big Man Al Horford, and Ohio State Point Guard Mike Conley, Jr. Yesterday..

Most mock drafts have Atlanta picking either Horford, or Conley, leaving the Grizzlies to take the one that's left.

Horford continues to impress with his 6'10, 245 pound frame...

While Conley's Quickness and defensive ability could give the Hawks what THEY need in a floor General.

Conley says:

"I think I fit well. This team has athletes I want. Guys who can finish any kind of pass, like to get up and down. I'm that kind of player. I can definitely fit the system."

Horford adds: "

"The whole draft process is finally down to Thursday..so a lot of the players are looking forward to this pretty much all our lives. It's exciting."

Fans are invited to a big Grizzlies Draft Party Thursday.

Doors at FedExForum open 5pm.

The Draft begins at 6:30 and will be shown on the Forums' Big Screens.
