The latest survey of consumer complaints prepared by the National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators and the Consumer Federation of America ranks auto sale complaints as the top consumer concern with 73% of total complaints involving some sort of auto sales scam or confusion. Dan Lothian will talk to a California woman who bought a car in 1998 and has been involved in litigation almost from day one -- she wanted to pay $23,000 cash for the car, but ended up agreeing to a lease deal which has cost her almost twice as much.
