Grizzlies Sign Shooter in Jacobsen

Casey Jacobsen is the Newest Memphis Grizzly.

The 6'6" guard signs a 1-year Free Agent Deal with the team.

Jacobsen played for the New Orleans Hornets and Houston Rockets after being drafted as a First Round Pick of the Phoenix Suns in 2002.

Grizzlies Head Coach Marc Iavaroni, a former longtime Suns Assistant, is familiar with Jacobsens' reputation as a long range gunner.

A career 37% 3-point shooter, Jacobsen played in Europe last year, leading his German club to the Bundesliga Championship, where he was named Finals MVP.

The Grizzlies now have 13-players on the roster.
