NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The Tennessee Lottery is no longer using numbered balls to announce winning numbers for game drawings.
Instead of the drawings that air on television, the lottery is using computers to generate random numbers for games, including Cash 3, Cash 4 and Lotto 5.
Lottery officials say some players have complained about the new system.
Nashville resident Richard Brymer says he doesn't trust computerized drawings.
He says he quit playing state lottery games when he found out about the computerized picks, but he plays the national Powerball game, which still uses balls to generate numbers.
