Here's an update on the Justin Reed pot arrest we told you about last week.
According to his attorney, Dale Denks of Jackson, Mississippi, the former Ole Miss star is cleared of misdemeanor Marijuana charges.
Reed was arrested during a traffic stop September 4th, and charged with possession of less than an ounce.
The Hinds County Sherriff's Department dismissed the charges after the passengers' in Reeds' car submitted affidavits claiming the drugs were theirs.
Reed now plays for the Houston Rockets..
He played his first 2-NBA Seasons with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
