Alligator captured in YMCA swimming pool

A Florida YMCA had to call in an alligator trapper to get rid of an unwanted guest. An attendant at the YMCA in Cocoa, Florida found the gator in the outdoor pool.

Animal control officers and a licensed gator trapper were called in to come and take care of the gator.

It took about ten minutes before they were able to catch the reptile. The alligator measured more than three-and-a-half feet long.

It will be released back into the wild.
