The group says it will keep the team in Jackson for at least one more year.
The teams' current owner, Bob Lozinak, has tried to sell it the past 2-years, saying Jackson doesn't have enough fans to keep the team.
Minor League Baseball denied him.
Officials say the team needs to draw 200-thousand fans a season.
Last year it drew just over 131, thousand.
