Vols In SEC East Drivers Seat

In a wild SEC season, it's turned into the most unlikely of circumstances. A very average Tennessee team is in line for the SEC Championship. IF they can finish strong.  As in win their last two games. Saturday's 34-13 win over Arkansas cleared a big hurdle.

The Vols scored early and often finding the end zone on their first drive...an Erik Ainge touchdown pass to Austin Rodgers. Ainge threw for just 128 yards, but Arian Foster delivered in the 3rd quarter. Foster broke free for a 59 yard touchdown and put the game out of reach. The defense contained Darren McFadden to 117 yards rushing, while Felix Jones was eliminated early in the 2nd quarter with a deep thigh bruise.

At 7-3, if they can beat Vanderbilt and Kentucky to end the season, they'll play for the SEC Championship.
