15 indicted in West Tennessee meth ring

JACKSON, Tenn. (AP) - Fifteen people accused of running a methamphetamine ring in West Tennessee have been indicted on federal drug charges.

Leigh Anne Jordon, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Tennessee, says all but three of the suspects have been arrested.

The U.S. Attorneys Office announced Wednesday that the suspects were charged in three separate indictments with possession and distribution of the highly addictive stimulant across West Tennessee.

The cases are being jointly investigated by federal, state and local drug task forces.
