Family at center of international custody dispute to move to China

The international custody battle is over, and now, the family who regained custody of its biological daughter says it is moving back to China.

Jack and Casey He fought for eight years for custody of their daughter Anna Mae He.

Anna Mae lived with Jerry and Louise Baker for most of those eight years.

Now, Jack He tells Action News 5 his family will move to China next month.

He said the move is in Anna Mae's best interest, to allow her get to know her grandparents and extended family.
