After watching Batesville South Panola put several players on the U.S. Army All-American team..the City of Memphis can lay claim to a High School All-american of its' own.
Barrett Jones of Evangelical Christian School is selected to play in the upcoming All-Star Festival.
A Standout Lineman at ECS, Jones was one of 400 nominees nationwide.
He's now eligible for the U.S. Army Player of the Year Award..
The Walter Peyton Trophy, and the Glenn Davis and Doc Blanchard U.S. Army Awards.

Jones will join South Panola's Darius Barksdale in the U.S. Army High School All-American Game January 5th at the AlamoDome in San Antonio.
It'll be televised LIVE on NBC and TV-5.
