Woman accused of lying to investigators

A Memphis woman lied to investigators in connection with the city's 161st homicide of 2007, police said.

The murder happened in the 4000 block of Camelot in the Camelot Manor Apartments.

Police said Antionita Clay originally reported an intruder in her home.  When she called her boyfriend to the apartment for help, a struggle ensued, and 22-year-old Asa Marmon was killed.

Authorities later found that Clay had a previous relationship with the victim, and misled police to believe he was an intruder.

Clay was charged with false reporting and reckless homicide.
