We all knew at some point in the NBA Season the Memphis Grizzlies would hand the Keys to run the club over to their Top Draft Pick Mike Conley.
With Conley making his first Start a successful one Wednesday night, it now appears the veteran incubent point guard wants out...
At least his agent does.
The Commercial Appeal is reporting 13-year veteran Damon Stoudamire will seek a trade or a Contract Buyout.
That's according to his Agent, Aaron Goodwin.
Stoudamire, who started 29-games for the Grizz, was put on the inactive list for last nights' game at Indianapolis...
In his First Start, Conley ran the team masterfully producing 7-points, 8-assists, 6-rebounds and 3-steals in the Grizzlies 90-to-72 victory.
Agent Goodwin, who counts NBA Stars LeBron James, Dwight Howard, and Kevin Durant among his many clients, tells the C.A. It's unacceptable and disrespectful to relegate Stoudamire, a former All-Star to insurance player status.
Grizzlies Head Coach Marc Iavaroni says Conley will start again at Boston Friday Night, with second year point Kyle Lowry the first guard off the bench.
