Oher Stays with Rebels/ Austin Comes Home as Offensive Coordinator

On the Football side, Ole Miss Offensive Tackle Michael Oher changes his mind..

He's staying with the Rebels for his Senior Season and NOT entering the NFL Draft.

The Deadline was Tuesday, but underclassmen have 3-days to change their mind, as long as they don't sign with an agent.

A former Briarcrest High School All-American and All-S.E.C. Player, Oher says he wants to win more games at Ole Miss, and go to a bowl.

New Ole Miss Coach Houston Nutt completes his staff by adding former Rebel Kent Austin as Offensive Coordinator.

Austin will also be Quarterbacks Coach.

A former Record Setting Rebel Quarterback himself in the Early 19-80's, Austin spent 15-years in the Canadian Football League as a player, Assistant Coach, and Head Coach.

Austin Coached the Saskatchewan Roughriders to the CFL Championship this past season.

He won League Titles as a quarterback in 19-89 and 19-94
