Abortions down in Tennessee

On the anniversary of Roe versus Wade, new findings show that abortions are down in Tennessee.

There is now a debate as to why.

Some believe better sex education and the availability of  birth control led to fewer unplanned pregnancies.

Abortion rights supporters said there are fewer doctors providing abortions.

Anti-abortion activists said the number is down because of a change in public opinion.

Tennessee's abortion rate declined by 5 percent from 2000 to 2005.
