Kiser speaks out about shooting

It has been two and a half weeks since 19 year old Stacey Kiser was shot three times at Mitchell High School.

Friday, he spoke for the first time about what happened and why he was the target.

Stacey Kiser seemed quiet and reserved and he insisted he is not a gang member.

He showed me the gunshot wound to the neck.

He was also shot in the leg and in the private area.

Kiser feels fortunate to be alive, but still has no idea why 17 year old Cornelious Cheers shot him during physical education class.

"I don't know what was going through his mind, but I was scared at first when I seen the gun I was trying to duck from it, but I couldn't duck in time before he had shot it. I was just scared," Kiser said.

Kiser spent four days in the hospital, and is still on some pain medication for his injuries.
