NEW ALBANY, Miss. (AP) - Vuteq USA Inc. will locate a $31 million manufacturing plant in northern Mississippi to produce components for windows to be used at the Toyota plant under construction.

Gov. Haley Barbour said Monday that the supplier plant is expected to open in 2009, employing 130 people at New Albany, about 80 miles southeast of Memphis, Tennessee.

Toyota will build the new Highlander SUV at its plant being built near Blue Springs.

Barbour said the state's contribution for Vuteq USA totaled $1.5 million for infrastructure and $3 million for training.
