Juvenile court employee under investigation

A juvenile court employee is under investigation following accusations of inappropriate conduct with a teenage girl in juvenile custody. Administrators have suspended 50-year-old Henry Hodges from his position as a shift supervisor at the juvenile detention center.
Hodges reportedly asked a 15-year-old runaway -- who was brought to the center after being picked up for prostitution -- to expose herself.
According to juvenile court administrators, this is not the first time that Hodges, employed by the juvenile court for nine years, has been in trouble. Two years ago, he was suspended without pay for 15 days for reportedly purchasing a bus ticket to transport a child -- whom he met at the detention center -- from California back to Memphis.
