Shocking new details have emerged just days after Janice Fullilove's crash in Tunica County that injured a young girl.

According to an arrest report from March 21, Fullilove was pulled over just after 1 a.m. March 21 at Interstate 69 just West of Interstate 55 after an officer spotted her driving erratically.

She was taken to the DeSoto County jail where investigators said she refused  a sobriety test.  She spent five hours behind bars before making her $1,250 bond.

Desoto County investigators said Fullilove's license was suspended when she refused to take the test.

It is not clear if she was driving on a suspended license when she was involved in a crash a week ago in Tunica County at Casino Center Drive.

Fullilove was driving a Nissan Altima North on Highway 61.  The driver of the car she hit said Fullilove ran a red light and plowed into her. McWherter's 7 year old daughter was in the car with her.

Fullilove, who showed up a few days after the wreck at a city council meeting, was taken to the hospital in DeSoto County after the crash and the 7 year old was taken to Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center.

According to the Mississippi highway patrol, Fullilove was not given a sobriety test after the Tunica crash.
